CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGEMENT + GENERAL CONTRACTING

Working with skilled subcontractors with whom we have established relationships over the last 20 years, we provide in-depth construction administration services. We act as the general contractor and the owner's representative to be sure that projects are delivered on time, on budget, and built according to the design intent.

BUILDING MAINTENANCE CONSULTATION

We offer a full house audit where we provide consultation on future updating, preventative maintenance, and replacements to preserve your property and prevent any future issues. We do a full interior and exterior check, identifying air leaks, potential water damage issues, electrical or plumbing issues, and make recommendations on upgrades to green energy systems and technology.

ENERGY AUDIT

We provide insulation and air leak assessment using a blower door test by certified professionals. We make recommendations on how to address any heat loss issues especially around roofs and windows to keep heating and cooling costs down.

PROPERTY CARE

We work with clients to develop and manage a proactive care plan for vacation and year-round homes. As part of our property care services, we offer regular house checks, storm preparation, winterization, and system maintenance plans.
