Nick Kent, Owner

Nick Kent is a licensed and insured construction supervisor with over 20 years of experience building in New England, from Cape Ann to the coast of Maine. Specializing in green building and energy efficient homes, Nick brings a high level of expertise, quality, and value to everything he does. With experience that spans all areas of construction, he approaches building a home proactively, with attention to detail, preventive maintenance, energy efficiency, and regularly scheduled servicing at the forefront, providing peace of mind to the homeowner and adding longevity to the home. As a result of his years of education and time in the field, Nick knows how to work harmoniously with all members of a construction and design team, from architects and interior designers to engineers and subcontractors.

It all started when…

Nick grew up learning how to care for buildings and the property surrounding them. From framing and painting, planting and pruning, mowing and plowing, to plumbing and problem solving, Nick learned it all at a young age. He was running a tractor by age 10, and a table saw by age 13. He grew up in his mother’s garden and his dad’s shop, where he learned the importance of quality building practices to preserve houses and land for years to come.
